Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 jars (6 oz. each) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts.
  2. Mix artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients.
  3. Put in pan and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
