Spinach Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 ea Egg
  • 2 ea Egg Yolk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cup AP Flour
  • 2.5 cup Semolina Flour
  • 6 cups Fresh Spinach (Pressed down)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

  1. In vitamin blend together eggs, yolks, and oil with the spinach. Blend until smooth. Put this mixture and the rest of the ingredients into the smaller Hobart mixer with the dough hook. Mix on medium high speed for four minutes and then on low for two minutes until a ball forms. Rest for hour and half or longer before using.
