  • 1/2 cup white corn meal
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp soft butter
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

  1. Pour...
  2. Boiling water
  3. Over...
  4. Corn meal
  5. Beat in...
  6. Milk
  7. Salt
  8. Baking powder
  9. Soft butter
  10. Eggs
  11. Pour into buttered 1-qt casserole or baking dish.
  12. Bake just until set.
  13. Serve piping hot with butter.
  14. Bake at 400 degrees (mod. hot oven).
  15. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
