Sticky Mexican Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • I pkt Continental Chilli Con Carne
  • 1/2C tomato sauce
  • 1/4C dark brown sugar
  • 1.5kg Pork spare ribs

Directions

  1. Marinate the ribs overnight. Line a tray with foil and baking paper, spread the ribs in a layer and cover with foil. Cook at 160°C for 45 min,turn ribs half and cook for another 45 min. Uncover and cook for a further 1 1/2h.
