  • 1/2c milk of your choice
  • 1/2c frozen strawberries
  • 1/2c frozen pineapple
  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

Directions

  1. Add ingredients with liquid first.
  2. I added 2 scoops of protein but would probably only add 1 scoop in the future.
  3. Blend all ingredients adding water if needed
  4. Once you've found your desired consistency, pour into glass, add a straw, and enjoy 🤗
