  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 T finely chopped green onions
  • 3 T crumbled bacon
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Panko bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Wash your mushrooms and remove the stems. chop up a green onion into tiny, tiny pieces and addd to your cream cheese. Add bacon. Mix it all around to combine. Place mushrooms on sprayed pan. Fill the insides with your cream cheese mixture. sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes.
