Lay down a piece of plastic wrap and line with super thin bacon slices and make sure they are slightly overlapping. Add on a layer of sausage - use as much as you need for your size party. This past one was many lbs of sausage to make a snack stadium.
Then layer in jalapeños for a spicy kick and lots of sharp cheddar cheese.

Bring each side of the plastic wrap up and use it help to form a bacon wrapped sausage fatty.

Season generously with your favorite rub.
Preheat your @traegergrills to 225ºF place the sausage fatty on the grill and smoke till it reaches 155F.

Glaze with your favorite bbq sauce and increase grill temp to 300ºF to set the sauce till the internal temperature of the meat reaches 165ºF.
