Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 package jumbo shells
  • 2 9 oz. Packages frozen creamed spinach
  • 15 oz. Ricotta
  • 8 oz. Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Pasta sauce

Directions

  1. Cook spinach & let cool. Cook shells (less than el dente) and drain well. Combine cooked spinach, cheese, salt & pepper.
  2. Stuff each shell will approx 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture.
  3. Cover bottom of baking dish with a light layer of sauce. Put shells on top of sauce and cover with additional sauce.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through
