Stuffed Zucchini
Ingredients
- 4 med zucchini/1 poung ground beef/1/2 cup chopped onion/1/4 Tsp basil/2 cups grated cheese/
Directions
- Slice zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds/with a spoon out insides and save/brown beef and onion/ mix zucchini with basil to beef mixture/and place inside zucchini /bake at 400'for 20 miniatures or until tender/remove and cover with cheese return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts
