Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Mix what ingredients into the dry ingredients preheat oven to 350° and bake for 8 to 14 minutes or until lightly Brown. Tip if you roll the cookies out quickly, they will acquire a nice chewy consistency.
