Super Simple Garlic Hummus | The Happiness Kitchen

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup stirred tahini
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 14 oz BPA-free can of cooked chickpeas 398 ml, about 2 cups
  • 1/4 cup filtered water plus a couple tablespoons more as needed
