  1. Mezclar la miel la salsa soya la mostaza poco de jugo de limon y vino blanco ajinomoto sal pimienta tempero completo y apartar.
  2. Sofreir el surubi 2 min por lado en aceite de oliva luego añadir el ajo picado hasta que dore luego añadir la mezcla de miel hasta que hierba los limones cocer un poco y luego meter al horno 5 minutos hasta que dore
