2. Heat butter, cocoa and water in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until it boils.
3. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
4. Pour into cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until done.
5. Make glaze:
Combine cocoa, butter, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, stirring until smooth. Spread warm glaze over cake. Top with fresh fruit.
