- 34 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- Gravy
- 40g 3 tbsp butter , unsalted
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef brothstock salt reduced, or sub with chicken
- 12 cup heavy thickened cream Note 4
