Ingredients

• 2 pounds boneless beef top round or eye of round roast (see Cook’s Notes)
• 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup unrefined whole cane sugar, maple sugar, or coconut sugar
• 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (see Cook’s Notes)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) (see Cook’s Notes)
• 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice (approximately 3 medium oranges)
