8 chicken drumsticks
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
2 tsp Marmite
1/3 cup boiling water
2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs kecap manis
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 long red chilli thinly sliced
1 bunch of steamed tenderstem broccoli *to serve
steamed jasmine rice *to serve
