1. Add the sweetcorn, egg and flour to a food processor or blender and whizz into a thick batter
2. In a frying pan, heat the butter over medium heat and then add 3 tablespoons of the mixture per fritter to the pan; you should fit 2 or 3 fritters into the pan, depending on its size
3. Cook each fritter for 2-3 minutes on each side
4. Once each fritter is cooked, transfer it onto a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil
5. Serve and enjoy once cooled.
