• 1/2 cup whole wheat panko (or gluten-free panko)
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• freshly ground pepper, to taste
• 2 tablespoon sweet BBQ sauce (store bought or homemade)
• 2 tablespoon ketchup
