Ingredients
- 1 pound beef cube steak
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 (16 oz) can of dice tomatoes, do NOT drain
- 1 onion sliced and separated into rings
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 3-4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cups rice or noodles
