• brown ground beef with chopped onion
•drain grease
• season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and paprika add minced garlic
• add beef broth, Rotel, pasta, and milk to the skillet
• bring to a boil and turn heat down to low
• cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes or so stirring once half way through to keep the noodles from sticking to the skillet
• once pasta is cooked add cheese, stir, and let sit until the cheese is melted
•serve and top with fresh cilantro or any other taco toppings you'd like
