Tara's Barbacoa

Ingredients
- 5-8 lbs beef roast (preferably chuck or chuck eye)
- 4-8 chipotles (typically the whole small can)
- 12 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp Cumin (I use 1/2 tsp because I don’t like cumin)
- 6 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Lime Juice
- 2-4 Bay Leaves
Directions
Sear Beef on all sides.
Put everything in a crockpot 8 hours
Take out, shred beef, throw away bay leaves, and return to crockpot
Serve with tortillas, avocado, onion, cilantro, etc
