Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place oven rack in the middle of the oven.
In small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter, set aside.
Arrange the asparagus spears in a single layer on a baking sheet or roasting pan, and coat with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the asparagus in the oven and roast until golden and crunchy, about 10 minutes.
Transfer the roasted asparagus into mixing owl, and add breadcrumbs, tarragon, salt and pepper and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
