Ingredients

  • 2 x fillet steaks (250g - 8oz beef tenderloin, cleaned and cut)
  • 2 tbsp of black whole peppercorns (or crushed)
  • 1 tbs green peppercorns (these are optional)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup of Brandy.
  • 2 tbs Dijon mustard
  • Olive oil
  • A little salt
