  • 49g teriyaki sauce
  • 176g brown onion, diced
  • 10g minced garlic
  • 500g pork mince
  • 327g carrot, grated
  • 296g mushroom, sliced
  • 36g lettuce leaves
  • 7g BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce with 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic and pork mince, and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until pork is browned and onions are soft, 4 to 5 minutes.
