Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (chili flakes)
  • 450 grams shredded cabbage and carrots (buy a pre-washed bag at the grocery store if you wish!)
  • 1-2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 2-3 tbsp crushed peanuts
