  • 2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 ½ teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Everything else
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil divided
  • 2 small chicken breasts or 1 large cut into ½ inch cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 carrots cut into matchsticks
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • ½ medium red onion ~½ cup, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • green onion or chives optional garnish
