The Perfect Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Smoothie
  • 1 punnet blueberries
  • 1/4 whole beetroot 
  • 10 cm cucumber 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • Banana vanilla nice-cream to top (see below for recipe)  
  • 3-4 frozen bananas
  • 1tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. almond milk
  • Healthy nutella to drizzle
  • 2 cups unsalted hazelnuts (roasted optional)
  • 90g dark chocolate (vegan if possible)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
