Toffee Pretzel Bark

Ingredients

  • 8oz mini pretzels
  • 1cup packed brown sugar
  • 1cup butter
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Line large cookie sheet with foil
  3. Spread pretzels in single layer over foil
  4. Combine butter and brown sugar in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally
  5. Once it has reached a boil stop stirring and let boil for 3 minutes
  6. Immediately pour the hot syrup over the pretzels. Don't worry about gaps they fill in during baking
  7. Bake for 5 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle chips over top
  9. Allow to sit 5 minutes and then spread the chocolate over the top of the bark
  10. Allow to cool and break into chunks.
  11. Store in an air tight container.
