Toffee Pretzel Bark
Ingredients
- 8oz mini pretzels
- 1cup packed brown sugar
- 1cup butter
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Line large cookie sheet with foil
- Spread pretzels in single layer over foil
- Combine butter and brown sugar in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally
- Once it has reached a boil stop stirring and let boil for 3 minutes
- Immediately pour the hot syrup over the pretzels. Don't worry about gaps they fill in during baking
- Bake for 5 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chips over top
- Allow to sit 5 minutes and then spread the chocolate over the top of the bark
- Allow to cool and break into chunks.
- Store in an air tight container.
