  1. Trancher le tofu pas trop gros ni trop fin.
  2. Le faire mariner dans tous les ingrédients au frigo pendant au moins 30mn.
  3. Disposer sur une plaque et cuire environ 20mn à 180, en retournant à mi-cuisson.
