  •   1 teaspoon onion powder
  •   1 teaspoon garlic powder
  •   1 teaspoon dried basil
  •   1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Additional shredded Parmesan cheese, optional
