Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 low carb tortilla wrap
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 50g grilled chicken breast
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Fresh basil
  • Feta cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Place the tortilla on a baking paper and spread out the tomato paste on top.
  4. Slice the bell pepper. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add the olives, tomatoes and bell pepper on top of the tortilla
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano, feta cheese, salt and pepper on top.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Sliced the grilled chicken and add to the pizza with the fresh basil.
  8. And it’s ready to serve and enjoy,
