Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Slowly stir in sugar and continue beating until peaks start to harden. Transfer egg white mixture to a large mixing bowl.
In a clean bowl beat eggs yolks until fluffy. Stir in vanilla and beat for 1 minute. With spatula, gently mix together yolk and egg white mixture until uniform. Fold in flour, mix until well combined.
Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 22-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Using a fork poke holes all around the cake. In a clean bowl, combine milks and vanilla. Pour sauce over the cake. Whip heavy whipping cream with powder sugar until peaks form. Spread evenly over top of cake. Refrigerate.
