Place all the ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
Secure the lid and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately for best flavor, or refrigerate and drink within half a day.
NOTES
Add more or less liquid depending on how thick you like your smoothie. I usually add 1 cup of coconut milk from the can along with 1/2 of a peeled orange.
