Tuna with Italian Beans Casserole

Ingredients

  • 0.3g fresh basil
  • 4 olives
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 0.3g oregano
  • 0.3g salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup mixed cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cannellini beans, cooked
  • 1 basa fish

Directions

  1. Slice the onions and add with garlic to a fry pan. Sauté in oil until soft.
  2. Dice the tomato and add it to the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cover the pan with the lid and cook until the cabbage is soft.
  4. Season and grill the fish.
  5. Put the beans on a plate and top with the fish and parsley.
