Ingredients

  • 45 ml koue water
  • 15 ml gelatien
  • 2 blikkies (170g elk) gevlokte tuna in olie, gedreineer
  • 5 ml gerasperde suurlemoenskil
  • 250 g gladde roomkaas
  • 15 ml vars dille, fyngekap
  • 60 ml fyngekapte radyse
  • 60 ml fyngekapte swart olywe
  • 60 ml fyngekapte seldery
  • 125 ml dikroom
  • Sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper
  • Suurlemoensap
  • Rooipeper
  • Vars dille vir garnering

Directions

  1. Giet die koue water in 'n bakkie en sprinkel die gelatien bo-oor. Laat staan tot dit stol.
  2. Meng die tuna, suurlemoenskil, roomkaas, dille, radyse, olywe en seldery in 'n mengbak.
  3. Smelt die gestolde gelatienin die mikrogolfoond of oor warm water en voeg dit by die tuna mengsel, roer die dikroom by en meng. Proe en indien nodig, geur met sout en peper en vars suurlemoensap. Skep die mousse in een groot stol vorm of in individuele vormpies en sit in die yskas tot gestol.
  4. Keer die mousse uit en garneer dit met rooipeper en vars dille.
