Vanilla Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 63ml oat milk
  • 25g rolled oats
  • 90g vanilla yoghurt
  • 150g frozen mixed berries
  • 3ml vanilla essence
  • 7g crunchy peanut butter
  • Low fat latte

Directions

  1. Combine milk, rolled oats, yoghurt, berries, vanilla and peanut butter in a container or jar. Seal container and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Follow with latte, or save for a mid-morning snack.
  3. Alternatively, you can make a latte at home using one cup of milk.
  4. TIP: for cooler days, add all ingredients without the milk and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, microwave milk and mix through to warm oats.
