Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT for vanilla on stove top
Bring mixture to a boil
Boil for 1 minute
Add in vanilla
