Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • 1lb stew meat
  • 1/2 lb small red potatoes (cut 1/4's)
  • 1 med onion( chopped)
  • 4 garlic bulbs (pressed)
  • 1tsp season salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 2cans beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can great northern beans ( drained & rinsed). (EMILY wants no beans)
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except frozen vegetables in crockpot
  2. Cook low 7/8 hours
  3. Add frozen vegetables
  4. Cook on high 45/60 minutes
