Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients
- 1lb stew meat
- 1/2 lb small red potatoes (cut 1/4's)
- 1 med onion( chopped)
- 4 garlic bulbs (pressed)
- 1tsp season salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 2cans beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can great northern beans ( drained & rinsed). (EMILY wants no beans)
- 2 cups frozen vegetables

Directions
- Mix all ingredients except frozen vegetables in crockpot
- Cook low 7/8 hours
- Add frozen vegetables
- Cook on high 45/60 minutes
