  • 1lb LEAN GROUND MEAT (CHICKEN, TURKEY OR BEEF)
  • 1 TBSP TONEYS (SALT FREE)
  • 2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 TBSP ONION POWDER
  • 1 TSP OREGANO
  • 2 TSP BASIL
  • 1 CAN LESUR YOUNG PEAS (DO NOT DRAIN)
  • 1 CAN SEASONED LIMA BEANS (DO NOT DRAIN)
  • 3/4 CUP FROZEN BLACK EYED PEAS
  • 1 CUP FROZEN SLICED CARROTS
  • 1 CUP FROZEN SHOW PEG CORN
  • 1 SMALL CAN TOMATO SAUCE (1 CAN OF WATER)
  • 2 CANS BEEF CONSUME

  1. BROWN MEAT WITH SEASONINGS. ADD CANNED VEGGIES AND BEEF COMSUME. MIX WELL. ADD 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE AND ONE CAN WATER. ADD PEAS AND CARROTS. BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 2 HOURS. (BEST TO DO THE NIGHT BEFORE AND ALLOW TO SIT OVER NIGHT.
