Ingredients

  • ▢ a few leaves of romaine lettuce or fresh spinach or the leafy green of your choice
  • ▢ ½ cup broccoli slaw
  • ▢ ¼ apple sliced thin
  • ▢ 2 teaspoons dairy-free plain, unsweetened yogurt
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ▢ salt & pepper to taste
