Vicki's Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Frosting:
- 1 stick butter
- 7 tablespoons of milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 bag of powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat over to 400.
- In a pan, mix water, milk, vinegar, and cocoa and bring to a boil.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Frosting: Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil, then stir in powdered sugar.
