Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1-2 drops vanilla extract
Directions
- In a glass measuring cup, preferably 2 cup or larger, pour in heavy whipping cream. Beat on high until whipping cream is slightly stiff. Add in powdered sugar and mix in lightly, and then be on high again until cream stiffens to your liking. Do not overbeat. Serve with fresh strawberries, French toast, as an ice cream topping, on banana splits, on chocolate pudding and much more.
