Whipped Hazelnut Butter (PH)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Hazelnut Pieces (Toasted)
  • 2 lbs of Softened Butter
  • 2/3 cup of Honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt

Directions

  1. Toast Hazelnut Peices at 325 for about 8 minutes and set aside to cool
  2. Add Toasted Hazelnut Pieces into the small Robo-Coup and pulse until it forms a chunky crumble, DO NOT TURN INTO A DUST.
  3. Slice each pound of butter into small pieces (roughly about 10-12)
  4. In the small Red Kitchen Aid, place half of the butter, use the paddle attachment and set on medium-high speed (about speed 6).
  5. Continue to mix on medium-high speed and every couple minutes toss in 2-3 of your butter pieces until you have none left. Let mix until it is white in color and fluffy. (Roughly 20 minutes)
  6. Add in your honey, salt and your toasted hazelnut crumble and slowly fold in (about speed 3)
  7. Scoop into plastic piping bag and tie to fasten off.
