Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat together margarine and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix flour into margarine mixture. One at a time, stir in oats, raisins, and white chocolate chips. Batter will be very thick. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes per batch.
