#White Wine Worcestershire Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp yellow mustard seeds or powder
- 1/4 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 anchovy minced
- 1 tsp or more salt

- Grind any unground spices. Mix everything and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for a few minutes then let it cool
