I took 1.5 cups whole wheat flour and 1 cup oats - pulsed in the mixer a couple of times.. Added chopped fresh methi leaves, season with salt and pepper.. I added some anardana powder as well.. Couple of tbsp of olive oil.. Couple of tbsp of curd and a little milk to knead it into a soft dough..
Roll into a thin chapati, cut into desired shapes, prick with a fork all over and bake in a 200 degree oven for around 15 minutes.. I just brushed them with sine olive oil before baking.. But I don't think that's really required..
Time might vary so once see them turning a little brown, they are done..
Freshly out of the oven they might look a little soft but once they cool down, they will become crunchy..
