Ingredients

  • Tomato Relish:
  • 1 green heirloom tomato, diced
  • 1 red heirloom tomato, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Sriracha Mustard Mayo:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Tacos:
  • 4 uncooked Wisconsin bratwursts
  • 12 ounces deep-fried Wisconsin cheese curds (view recipe)
  • 16 corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
