Zappa toscana

Ingredients

• 1 16 Italian sausage
• 1 bag of simply potatoe (steakhouse seasoned)
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 32 oz chicken stock
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp flour
• Handful of kale
• Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown italian sousage
Add in minced garlic: drain
Place sausage, potatoes, and chicken stock in crockpot on high for 4 hr
30 minutes before it's done together cream & flour
Add mixtures to crockpot along with kale leaves
Top with Parmesan cheese to taste
