  • ▢ 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ▢ 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • ▢ 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • ▢ 1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • ▢ 1 tablespoon oil (any neutral oil)
  • ▢ 1 tablespoon ginger (finely minced)
  • ▢ 2 scallions (chopped; white and green parts separated)
  • ▢ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ▢ 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • ▢ 1 pound zucchini (about 2 to 3 small to medium zucchini; cut in half lengthwise, then sliced on an angle into thin strips)
