Beef stroganoff


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • pasta
  • 3 T butter
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 1/2 c beef broth
  • 1 c sour cream


1. Boil water for pasta
2. Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic on medium heat. Drain grease and remove beef from pan.
3. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Stir in flour
4. Add beef broth and whisk out clumps.
5. Simmer 2 minutes until thickened
6. Stir in sour cream, reduce to low. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Return ground beef/onion mixture to pan, stir and simmer 5 minutes.
